As the work we are doing in the nations expands, it has become clear that our partnership with like-minded people must also expand.
As we work in Mexico, Romania and Nicaragua, we are continually thankful for the partnerships we’ve made over the past 32 years. As a ministry, we have walked through many different seasons but throughout them all God’s provision has been revealed through the generosity of people just like you. It is only through your partnership in child sponsorship, missions, finances, prayer and countless other ways, that we are able to continue the work we are doing in the nations.
As the work we are doing in the nations expands, it has become clear that our partnership with like-minded people must also expand. With that in mind, we would love to partner with you and your ministry.

We believe wholeheartedly that the Lord has called us, to the nations, to fight to see an orphan-less world in our lifetime. Meet the team.
GENEA HORNER
Genea’s vulnerability and passion is evident in the way she lives, leads, teaches and loves. She is the prophetic voice of The Mission and has been part of the ministry since she was a young girl, when her family would visit The Mission: Mexico for short term missions trips. Our hundreds of kids in Mexico, Nicaragua and Romania know her as “Momma G.” She has a true gift to see the potential in others and challenge them to stay strong to their “yes” throughout their journeys with the Lord. Genea and her husband, Jimmy, are the Senior Leaders of The Mission and spend their time between the different locations. They have five beautiful daughters.

JIMMY HORNER
Jimmy has a passion to see the Kingdom of Heaven and the fullness of family, invade earth. His gift of communication and leadership bring strength to all who encounter him. Jimmy and his wife, Genea, are the Senior Leaders of The Mission and spend their time between the different campus locations. In 1987 his parents founded the ministry; he’s been part of it since the beginning. Jimmy and Genea have five beautiful daughters.

KARINA ROCHA
Karina is an incredible leader, mother to many, and lives and breaths the true concept of the Kingdom: family. Karina is an Associate Senior Leader of the ministry, the Base Director of The Mission: Mexico and was one of the first girls in the orphanage there. She has been with us since 1990, when she was just eight years old. Karina has a true call on her life to help others step into the fullness of their identities as children of God.

LEO
LOPEZ
Leo Lopez represents the Father’s heart in everything that he does. He is on our Senior Leadership Team, is the Worship Pastor for all of our bases and leads Música La Misión. Leo is an incredibly anointed worship leader and was one of the first boys in our orphanage in Mexico. He and his brothers arrived when he was just eight years old. Leo has a gift to lead others into encounters with God through his worship and we are honored to have him in our family!
Leo and his wife Sandra have five beautiful children and live at The Mission: Mexico base.

WORSHIP TEAM
The Mission’s worship community is a group of people longing to see a generation transformed through encounters with the love of God. It is the worship movement of an international non-profit who has been fighting to see an orphan-less world since 1987. Although beginning in Mexico, The Mission is now working in Romania, Nicaragua and Mexico.
Worship is at the center of The Mission and everything they do is an overflow of that. They released their first EP, Puedo Sentirte, in 2011 and have since released two singles, Tu Gozo and Inunda la Tierra.
