The Next Step in Rebuilding

Because of your incredible generosity, Phase 1: Design and Phase 2: Breaking Ground are fully funded and complete. Today, construction is underway, foundations are being poured, and the vision for a new Mission building is becoming reality.

Now, we're inviting you to help us take the next step.

Phase 3: Building the Shell

Phase 3 will bring the structure to life by completing the exterior shell of the building. This includes the framing, windows and doors, and waterproofing.

Our goal is to raise $780,000 to fully fund this phase of construction.

Every gift moves us closer to reopening a permanent space for our schools, church, offices, and community programs.

Why It Matters

The building we lost was more than a structure. It was a place where children found safety, families found support, and lives were transformed every day.

Phase 3 brings us one step closer to restoring that space.

When you give, you're helping create:

  • Classrooms filled with learning and opportunity.

  • Spaces for worship, discipleship, and community.

  • Offices that support life-changing programs.

  • A safe place where children and families can experience hope and restoration.

Join Us

We have seen God's faithfulness through every stage of this journey. Together, we funded the design. Together, we broke ground. And together, we can raise the walls.

Would you prayerfully consider partnering with us as we begin Phase 3?

Every donation, every prayer, and every shared story helps rebuild more than a building—it helps rebuild lives.

What We've Accomplished

Emergency Relocation

Relocated Schools: We've successfully moved our educational facilities to ensure uninterrupted learning for our students.

Student Housing: Our efforts have ensured that student housing remains available and secure.

Office Relocation: Corporate offices have been relocated to continue vital administrative functions.

City Cleanup Crew: The city of Tijuana, with its generous commitment, has provided a dedicated cleaning crew, resulting in remarkable progress in cleanup efforts at the site of the fire.

Tent for 600 people: A large and sturdy tent is now hosting our church services and daily devos.

Phase 1: Design

Design & Permitting: We’ve fully funded and finalized Phase 1 of our Rebuild Project—Design!

The building design is complete and we have the building permit in hand from the city of Tijuana. We're one step closer to rebuilding!

Phase 1 is DONE!

Phase 2: Breaking ground

Funding: We met our HUGE goal in December 2025! In just under a month, we raised almost $500,000 to fully fund Phase 2. Construction is underway!

What Happened

On August 27th, 2023, The Mission's 36,000-square-foot main building was lost due to a devastating fire. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and no other buildings were affected. For over two decades, this cherished building served as a beacon of hope, providing a safe haven for at-risk children. It housed our jr high, high school, School of Missions, corporate offices, coffee shop, place of worship, and church. But while the fire took our building, it couldn't extinguish our spirit. Our commitment to rebuilding lives and restoring hope is stronger than ever. The Mission is more than just walls; it's a vessel of transformation, and a lifeline for those in need.

breakdown of operational expenses

Fom the very beginning, we have relied on His faithfulness and the help of like-minded people. The Mission is unique in the sense that all of our operations teams are located on The Mission bases; we have no U.S. administrative headquarters. It has been a privilege to work alongside missionaries who have left their homes to serve, as well as nationals who are fiercely fighting for their own nations.
